Job Description
- Manage, teach, care for and nurture the class you are assigned.
- Prepare teaching plans and lesson plans according to weekly topics under the direction of the Preschool Supervisor.
- Implement professional regulations and comply with the school’s internal rules and pedagogical codes of conduct
according to INschool culture - Actively communicate directly with parents daily, update the situation and progress of children on
Electronic communications. - Absolutely protect the safety of children’s lives while they are at school.
- Be a role model, love, respect and treat children fairly.
- Train ethics, foster professional expertise and proactively cultivate knowledge about Montessori, Reggio Emilia…
- Actively improve skills in using computers, application software… and foreign language skills.
- Follow the decisions of the Principal, management, and school board of directors.
- Take responsibility for the knowledge progress that children achieve. Ensuring children receive the best care and nourishment .
- Take main responsibility for taking care of the parents of the assigned class.
Job Requirements
- Intermediate/college/university/master’s degree majoring in Early Childhood Pedagogy.
- Certificates in Montessori, Reggio Emilia, Vineland II…
- Other degrees and certificates in psychology and child education.
- Degree and certificate in English.
- Have classroom management and problem-solving skills.
